So there I am, setting up an Infrared shot by the river at Great Falls Park when I hear a rustling sound. Very faint, but there’s definitely a rustle in the dead leaves that litter the floor.

I’ve seen crocodiles that look like logs, that’s a pretty standard trick for crocodiles.
But this was the first time I saw a log that looked like a crocodile.

One of the beautiful things about Great Falls Park is that you can take the Upland and go between the trees. You can take the Heritage and be right by the river.
Both are awesome, both will make your day much better.

Going to Great Falls really early, I was able to capture this image, of one of the main paths in the park, completely empty, covered in fallen leaves.
There is something that draws me to this kind of scenario, specially in B&W, because of the peaceful nature of it.
